Launches Maroof Raza Annual Dialogue

Glimpses of TSIS 2025
Times Secure India Summit (TSIS) will return for its second edition on 18 December 2026 at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi. This year the summit will witness a new flagship platform for strategic discourse – the inaugural Maroof Raza Annual Dialogue. Held under the theme ‘Surakshit Bharat, Viksit Bharat,’ – the summit will bring together leaders from government, the defence forces, law enforcement and the security sector at a time when India’s security landscape is growing more complex.
The Dialogue will be the flagship initiative of the Maroof Raza Centre for Security Studies (MRCSS), established by IIRIS Consulting in memory of the Late Maj. Maroof Raza (Retd). He was an Army officer, author, broadcaster, and one of India’s most respected voices on defence and strategic affairs.
The summit will offer a national platform to examine emerging challenges in physical security, cybersecurity and geopolitics. Through the keynote addresses, expert discussions and strategic exchanges, the summit will pave ways to deepen institutional cooperation, encourage practical solutions, deepen institutional cooperation and strengthen India’s security preparedness.
Alongside the Dialogue, the Times Surakshit India Awards 2026 will recognise individuals, organisations and frontline heroes for outstanding contributions to the nation’s safety and security. Winners of the Annual Maroof Raza Memorial Essay Writing Competition will also be felicitated during the ceremony, honouring young voices in strategic thought.
By bringing together expertise, innovation and recognition, TSIS 2026 will advance a shared vision of a safer, stronger and more resilient India.
